These terms apply when using our website, booking treatments, booking training courses or using our student portal.

1. About us
Perfect Features Aesthetics & Training Academy provides aesthetics treatments, training courses, online bookings, student support and customer portal access.
2. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its security, functionality, availability or booking systems.
3. Bookings
Bookings may require an upfront payment, deposit or full payment. Your booking is not secured until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
By placing a booking, you agree that the details you provide are accurate and that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation Policy.
4. Training courses
Course places are subject to availability. Course details, dates, times, prices and requirements may be updated where necessary.
Some training courses may include theory, online home study, digital learning materials, pre-course information or assessment steps before attendance.
5. Upfront payments and deposits
Upfront payments and deposits for training courses are non-refundable once course theory, online learning, digital materials, pre-course information or student access has been sent or made available to you.
This is because the upfront payment covers administration, reserved course availability, student support and access to course theory or learning materials.
6. Course date changes
If you need to change your course date, you must contact us at least 14 days before your scheduled course date.
Course date changes requested with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the loss of your upfront payment or deposit. Any new booking date may require a further payment.
Course date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full card details on this website.
Where available, flexible payment options may be offered at checkout through third-party providers such as Klarna, Clearpay or similar providers. Approval is subject to the provider’s eligibility, affordability and identity checks.
Perfect Features Aesthetics & Training Academy does not provide credit directly and is not responsible for third-party finance approval decisions, declined applications, repayment schedules, missed payments, late fees or finance agreements.
8. Finance and pay later options
If you choose a finance, instalment or pay later option, your agreement is with the finance provider. You should read the provider’s own terms carefully before agreeing to proceed.
Cancelling or changing a booking with us does not automatically cancel any third-party finance agreement unless confirmed by the finance provider.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation rules may vary depending on the booking type, payment status, whether theory or course materials have been issued, and how close the booking is to the course or treatment date.

10. Treatments
Treatment bookings may be subject to consultation, suitability checks and practitioner discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is not suitable or safe to proceed.
11. Student portal
Customers and students may be given access to a secure portal to view bookings, payment status, receipts, course information and student updates.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share portal access with anyone else.
12. Website content
Website content is provided for general information only. We aim to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete or up to date.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of this website, incorrect information provided by you, third-party provider decisions or failure to follow booking instructions.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on this page will apply at the time you use the website or make a booking.
